DYNOBIL AUTO INSPECTION ("Data Controller") gives importance to the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Therefore, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits drawn in the relevant legislation. With this text, we fulfill our obligation to inform arising from the law.

From our CUSTOMERS who come to our institution for inspection reports, the following personal data are processed within the scope of Inspection Report and Damage Inquiry and Vehicle Purchase and Sale Processes activities:

• Customer Transaction
• Legal Transaction
• Marketing
• Transaction Security

Data are processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting Goods and Services Sales Processes
• Conducting Post-Sale Support Services for Goods/Services
• Conducting Advertising, Campaign and Promotion Processes
• Tracking Requests and Complaints
• Sharing Report Results
• Conducting Product and Service Marketing Processes

2. Transfer of Your Personal Data and Purposes

Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of contractual relations to:

• Private law real and legal persons from whom services are received,
• Authorized public institutions and organizations,
• Publicly on our institution's website,
• Abroad due to servers being of foreign origin,

3. Method and Legal Basis of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed electronically through electronic systems automatically for the following legal reasons:

• Being related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Obtaining explicit consent due to the use of foreign servers

4. Your Rights Under KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

1. Learning whether your personal data are processed,
2. If processed, requesting information about this,
3. Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom they are transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Requesting correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Requesting deletion/destruction if the reasons for processing have disappeared,
7. Requesting notification of these correction/deletion operations to third parties to whom they were transferred,
8. Objecting if a result against you emerges as a result of analysis by automatic systems,
9. Claiming compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

5. Application Methods

To exercise your rights, you can apply in the following ways within the scope of the "Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to Data Controller":

• By filling out the application form and delivering it by hand or sending it by registered mail with return receipt

Our institution will conclude your application free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires cost, the fee tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be applied.

If your application is accepted, the necessary action will be taken; if rejected, you will be notified in writing or electronically together with the justification.

Detailed information about the right to apply to the data controller and the right to complain to the Board is included in KVKK Article 13 and subsequent.

You can also submit your change and update requests regarding your personal data through the methods specified above.
